Suggested Use
To activate the 1mg Nicorette QuickMist mouth spray, press the black button down and inwards, then slide up so that the dispenser is secured. Making sure not to touch your lips or spray directly into the throat, press down to release the 1mg Nicorette QuickMist mouth spray. Leave the solution in the mouth for a couple of seconds before you swallow. Close the dispenser by sliding the button down and inwards. Use up to 64 sprays each day, 4 sprays an hour and 2 sprays at a time to combat cigarette cravings!
